2022 Employee Benefits
Effective January 1, 2022
The District’s eligible employees can choose between Anthem Blue Cross of California PPO or HMO plans and Kaiser Permanente. The plan is administered by the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority (ACWA JPIA). The health benefit becomes available after 30 days of employment on the first of the following month.
To fill or refill a prescription please provide your Anthem or Kaiser Member ID card to the pharmacy.

The District’s eligible employees can enroll in our Hybrid Dental DHMO and PPO Plan with Premier Access. You can select to enroll in the DPPO or the DHMO. This plan allows you to select either plan every 30 days to experience the copay schedule from the DHMO plan or to maximize your benefits on the DPPO with a preferred provider.
The District’s vision is voluntary paid 100% by the employee and is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP) vision insurance.
