The Finance Department is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the District. This includes billing, maintaining accounts, customer services, and budgeting for revenues and expenditures and reporting on the financial condition of the District.

The District has been recognized every year since 2000-2001 by the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers for Outstanding Financial Reporting.

• Annual Budget - Every year, the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District publishes a Budget to project both revenues and expenditures and to allow the District to manage its resources in a responsible and prudent way. The Budget is used to determine the funding for programs such as capital improvements and to operate the water and wastewater systems.
• Consolidated Annual Financial Report - Every year, the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District publishes a Consolidated Annual Financial Report (CAFR). This report details revenues and expenditures and is submitted to governmental agencies and to organizations like Standard & Poors, who determine the credit rating or insurance a public agency must have when it issues bonds to pay for large projects.
• Quarterly Budget Status Reports – Every quarter, the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District presents quarterl budget status reports to the Board of Directors.
