- Call us at (909) 336-7100 and pay by Visa or Mastercard over the telephone.
- Mail your payment to us in the envelope provided.
- Drop off your payment at our District office located at Lake Arrowhead Village, 28200 State Highway 189, Building 03, Suite 160 (across from Stater Bros.) during regular business hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A payment drop slot is located in the front wall of the District office and can be accessed 24 hours a day. Please remember to place your payment in an envelope clearly labeled with your name and account number (NO cash, please). All deposits after 8 a.m. or on weekends or holidays will be credited on the next regular business day.
Water & Sewer Customers
Your monthly bill reflects the amount of water already used and fixed service charges for water and sewer service for the billing period. Water meters are read every month.
Sewer Only Customers
Your fixed sewer service charges are added to your property tax bill.

How to Read Your Bill
- Name and Billing Address: Please call us immediately if there are any changes to your name or billing address.
- Detachable Portion: Include this with your payment. Do not send this if you are on auto pay.
- Account Number: Refer to this number when you inquire about your account. Write it on your check if paying by mail.
- Date Due: Bills must be paid in full no later than the due date. There is no grace period.
- Total Due: This is the amount you pay including any past due amount.
- Water - Monthly Fixed Service Charge: This charge reflects the fixed costs shared among all customers, including infrastructure and equipment repairs and maintenance, meter reading, billing, engineering, safety and administration.
- Water Use Charges: The cost of water use during a one month billing cycle. Includes wholesale cost plus local treatment, storage, distribution and facility replacement. This charge appears despite occupancy status and reflects the costs of having service available when needed.
- Water Usage/Cubic Feet: This is how much water you used in the past two months. One hundred cubic feet (CCF) of water equals 748 gallons.
- Wastewater - Monthly Fixed Service: This is the fixed charge for sewer service. This charge appears despite occupancy status and reflects the costs of having service available when needed.
- Previous Charges: This is any amount you owe for previous bills. This is due immediately.
- Current Charges: Charges for this billing period.

How Your Bill is Calculated
1. Your PREVIOUS READ is subtracted from your CURRENT READ to determine usage (in hundred cubic feet) for the billing period.
